Full vehicle window tint installations may require 4 to 6 hours to complete.

Personal items

Please remove all personal items before your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind.

Child seats (sedan and coupe vehicles)

Please remove child seats so that we can have access to all the glass areas on the inside where the film is installed.

Imperfections (Tint and PPF Paint Protection Film)

Though we strive for perfection in our installations, due to the nature of the product and environment, some degree of dust and/or minor imperfections are present in every film application. Pre-existing flaws, such as chips and scratches, are often more noticeable after the film is installed. Water bubbles are also present initially but will dry/cure in direct sunlight. Dot matrix patterns (on the windshield and borders), when fully dry, will look white in appearance. Dot patterns are raised from the glass, and the tint does not fully adhere evenly across them.

Ceramic coatings (if applicable)

When polishing services are used, all scratches or existing imperfections may not be able to be removed. Ceramic coatings require special care and routine handwashing. Care instructions will be provided.

Tint removal (if applicable)

The customer acknowledges that the removal of window film from rear windshields involves the risk that the operation of the rear window defroster system may be compromised either partially or completely as a result of the film removal process. I hereby authorize PGT&PP to proceed with the removal of film from my rear window and agree to hold PGT&PP harmless in the event of damage to the rear window defroster system in my vehicle and waive any claims as a result thereof.

Removal of Paint Protection Film (if applicable)

By removing PPF, there is a risk that paint may lift due to aged adhesive or a weak bond of paint underneath. Because we have no way to know the condition of the paint underneath the PPF, we cannot be responsible for paint damage, clear coat damage, scratches, discoloration, or any other paint defect that is either caused during the removal process or that was present but not visible prior to removal. I acknowledge that PGT&PP will take every precaution necessary to safely remove the film, but I do not hold them responsible for any pre-existing damage or damage caused by the removal of the PPF/vinyl wrap.

Acceptance of Service and Confirmation

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Your full payment serves as your formal confirmation and agreement to our Terms of Service. Furthermore, the completion of the final payment signifies your complete satisfaction with the goods and services rendered and their completion. You agree that upon closing the transaction, the work has been finished to your satisfaction.

All appointments for our services will require a non-refundable scheduling fee at the time of booking. For glass tinting appointments, a fixed amount of $50 is required. For services including paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coating, the required fee will be 15% of the estimated total invoice amount. Please be advised that this deposit is non-refundable; however, the full amount of your paid deposit will be directly applied as a credit and deducted from your final service invoice upon completion.

Payment Policy: All credit card transactions will incur a 3% service fee. This surcharge does not apply to cash or debit card payments. Checks are not accepted.

We understand life happens. That’s why your installation includes:
• One-time accidental damage coverage
• Up to $75 retail value toward replacement
• Applies only to the original registered installation
• Damaged film must be presented at time of claim
• Any remaining balance is the owner’s responsibility
One use per original installation.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Misuse, neglect, impact damage, or vandalism
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Replacement of windshield, rear glass, or side glass (glass replacement voids coverage for that pane)
• Removal or replacement of non-defective film
• Services not specifically outlined above
